
JADAKA Holdings, LLC has acquired 9550 Lynn Buff Court, a single-story, 24,245-square-foot industrial building in Laurel, Maryland, for $4.5 million, with plans to relocate API Audio from the Jessup area.
The building was formerly owned by Professional Graphics Printing Company. Allan Riorda, SIOR, President and Samantha Eckels, Senior Associate with Lee & Associates I Maryland, represented the buyer in this sales transaction. The company is expected to take occupancy in late summer.
API Audio manufactures and distributes a wide range of analog recording equipment utilized by audio professionals. Delivered in 1985 and situated on a nearly two-acre parcel, the building features 14- to 16-foot ceiling heights, two dock-high loading doors, and approximately 3,000 square feet of office space. It is situated less than one mile from US Route 1, less than four miles from MD Route 32, and approximately three miles from Interstate 95.
