Radom Capital and Triten Real Estate Partners broke ground on The Swift BLDG, a redevelopment of the historic Swift & Company Packing Plant, with structures originally constructed in 1917 and 1953. The cost to repurpose the building will be $10 million. Origin Bank will provide construction lending, and Elysium Construction will serve as the general contractor. Michael Hsu Office of Architecture is designing the venture.
The Swift BLDG will offer more than 30,000 square feet of office space integrated with food concepts and health and wellness users. Bubba Harkins, Jenny Sealy, and Nina Seyyedin are spearheading office leasing for the Swift BLDG. Â
Swift will also be home to approximately 30,000 square feet of retail space. Barton Kelly and Sidney Whaley of Radom Capital are leading retail leasing. Only three retail opportunities remain at the project.Â
Leases have been signed at Swift for restaurant, dessert, fitness, wellness, beauty, and office uses. Another 45% of the project is now in negotiation. Space delivery is planned for Q2 2026.Â
