It’s no secret that Nubia is preparing two new foldables, the Nubia Flip 3 and Nubia Fold. The latter is the company’s first book-style foldable, and will rival the Galaxy Z Fold 7. Last week, the leaked images hinted at what to expect from them. A week later, more images of Nubia’s upcoming foldables have leaked, giving us another look at the design before they are launched.
Design of Nubia’s upcoming foldables leaks again
The images have been shared on X by the same source as before, i.e., Evan Blass. The image of the Nubia Z Flip 3 shows the external display in action. Besides showing the date, time, and weather, the secondary screen may allow you to perform basic tasks, like responding to messages. The external screen is reasonably large with minimal black bezels. It takes up the entire top portion of the back panel.
Within the secondary display are two cameras. The large-sized sensor could be the main lens. We’re not sure what the smaller one will be for. The volume rocker and power buttons appear to be on the right side.

The phones may debut in Q1 2026
Now for the more exciting part of the leak, the Nubia Fold. This apparently is the brand’s first book-style foldable. The leaked image shows it in a tent shape and half-folded form. The screen area only shows the wallpaper, but it appears to have minimal bezels. The volume rocker and red-colored power/lock buttons are on the right edge.
Flipping the phone to the back, you’ll see a seemingly large horizontal module to house the main camera setup and an LED flash. We can see what appears to be “50MP OIS Lens AI Camera System” text within the camera layout. The foldable is reasonably slim, at least from the image.
The launch timeline of the phones is still not clear. But considering the Nubia Flip 2 debuted in January this year, it wouldn’t be totally wrong to speculate a Q1 2026 launch for the Nubia Flip 3 and Nubia Fold.
