Law firm Miles & Stockbridge, a firm with more than 200 lawyers and offices in Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia and New York, will relocate its Montgomery County, Maryland, office from Rockville to the Pike & Rose neighborhood in North Bethesda in the fall.
The firm is moving to 915 Meeting Street with nearly 7,000 square feet of office space on the building’s 11th floor. The move follows the firm’s merger with D.C. real estate finance firm Krooth & Altman, expansion into New York with the opening of a Midtown Manhattan office, and growth in Richmond, Virginia.
“With our recent merger, approximately half of the firm’s lawyers now work in the D.C. Metro area,” said Nancy Greene, chairman, president and CEO. “Opening a North Bethesda office is a great extension of our presence and commitment to clients across the DMV.” Pike & Rose is Federal Realty’s 24-acre, transit-oriented neighborhood, including more than 50 tenants.
