Landmark Properties, in a joint venture with Manulife Investment Management, opened The Mark Tallahassee, a new, 860-bed student housing community at 675 W. Lafayette Street in Tallahassee, FL. 

Steps from the Florida State University campus, The Mark Tallahassee comprises three mid-rise buildings on adjacent blocks in the College Town neighborhood. Designed by Dwell Design, with Landmark Construction as general contractor, the 202 units are fully leased ahead of the 2025-2026 school year. 

The floorplans range from studios to six-bedroom options. Unique to the market, a collection of VIP penthouse-style units offers residents an upscale option that includes an upgraded technology and appliance package and oversized common areas with pool tables.

Amenities include an 8,900-square-foot rooftop clubhouse that opens to a 9,000-square-foot outdoor pool deck, sun shelf, spa and fitness center.
