The Mark’s amenities include a rooftop clubhouse and outdoor pool with Jumbotron, 24-hour study lounge, pickleball court, and fitness center. A 25,000-square-foot courtyard contains grilling stations, fire pits, and hammock groves, adding extra opportunities for recreation and relaxation for residents and guests. The property will offer an on-site parking garage for residents and a private shuttle to the UT campus.Â
