
Landmark Properties, in a joint venture with Westlake Capital, acquired Northcreek Office Park, a 536,547-square-foot office campus located in Buckhead. Westlake Capital is the family office of Landmark Properties’ Chairman, Wes Rogers.
Landmark Properties will utilize some of the new office space to accommodate 100 of its Atlanta workforce while maintaining its headquarters in Athens, Ga. and an existing executive office at Buckhead Plaza.Â
Northcreek Office Park is located at 3715 Northside Parkway in Buckhead’s West Paces Ferry corridor. Extensively renovated from 2003 to 2009, the campus is situated on a 39.9-acre site with four office buildings. It currently has a roster of over 70 tenants and is 70% occupied. As part of the acquisition, Landmark plans to refresh and revitalize the common areas within Northcreek Office Park.Â
Richard Reid at Jones Lang LaSalle represented the seller on the transaction. The sales price was not disclosed. Landmark is responsible for a number of student and single-family housing communities in the nation.
