
The Pinewood Square retail plaza west of Lake Worth Beach sold for $68 million.
Principal Asset Management sold the 208,413-square-foot Pinewood Square retail center at 6250-6350 Lantana Road to Arcadia Realty Trust for $326 per square foot.
Mark Gilbert, Adam Feinstein and Mitch Halpern of Cushman & Wakefield brokered the deal.
The retail center is 99% leased to 42 tenants. Tenants at Pinewood Square include TJ Maxx/HomeGoods, Ross Dress For Less, Five Below, Goodwill, Delray Medical Center, Egg Cetera, Chase Bank, PNC Bank, AutoZone, Outback Steakhouse, La Granja and Jiffy Lube.
The property last traded for a combined $23.3 million in 2005. The shopping center was built on the 26-acre site in 1988.
Arcadia completed $661 million in acquisitions in the fourth quarter and 2025 year-to-date. It is primarily a retail investor.
