The Kroenke Organization, chaired by Los Angeles Rams owner E. Stanley Kroenke, unveiled plans for a 52-acre development in Warner Center in Woodland Hills, to be known as Rams Village at Warner Center. It will include the permanent headquarters and training facility for the Rams.
“As we embark on our tenth season back in Los Angeles, we remain committed to helping shape the
future of this great city,” said Kroenke. “Rams Village at Warner Center will continue to transform Woodland Hills by providing a vibrant gathering place for the community through publicly accessible open spaces, new entertainment venues, a retail village and residential offerings.”
Beyond the Rams headquarters, the proposed mixed-use neighborhood designed by Gensler will
feature a variety of residential options, retail, office space, hotel and indoor entertainment venues, along with parks and open space. It will be located within the Warner Center 2035 Plan area.
