Trigild has selected Kidder Mathews to provide leasing and property management services for The Cotton Center portfolio in Phoenix, totaling 1,019,347 square feet across 13 buildings in the Southeast Valley. The firm will manage and lease the portfolio for Trigild, who is the court-appointed receiver.Â
The portfolio consists of 13 buildings with a mix of flex, office, and industrial buildings located within The Cotton Center, one of Arizona’s largest business parks. Currently, 356,679 square feet are available for lease, with active leasing momentum underway. The Cotton Center is a 280-acre master-planned business park with over 50 buildings and nearly 3 million square feet of space.
It is located on the south side of Broadway Road between 40th Street and 48th Street.
Kidder Mathews’ Dave Carder, Chris Jantz, and Kurt Kerner will lead the leasing assignment. Peggy R. Maxwell will oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the portfolio.
