
Kidder Mathews has welcomed Executive Vice President Dan Stutz in Seattle. With over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, Stutz specializes in office leasing and investment sales representing landlords, tenants, and investors across the Puget Sound region.
Before joining Kidder Mathews, Stutz held senior roles at CBRE, Martin Smith Inc., and Grubb & Ellis, building a reputation as a trusted advisor in the downtown Seattle office market. Over the course of his career, he has completed over $1.5 billion in transaction volume across more than five million square feet.
Stutz represents a range of ownership clients, advising on strategies to enhance asset performance and long-term value. He joins Kidder Mathews as the firm continues to grow its brokerage presence across the Western U.S. Since January 2024, the firm has added 21 brokers in the Pacific Northwest and reinforced its long-term investment in downtown Seattle with a new headquarters at Two Union Square.
