Realme appears to have yet another smartphone series in its pipeline, the Neo8 series, which is reportedly due for a China launch later this month. Now, thanks to China’s TENAA certification website, some of the core specs of the Realme Neo8 have just leaked online.
Chinese TENAA listing leaks some of the key specs of the upcoming Realme Neo8
Speaking of the leak first, the TENAA listing suggests that the Realme Neo8 will feature a flat 165Hz 6.78-inch display with a 2772 x 1272 pixels resolution. Realme has also detailed the display of the upcoming smartphone via a post on Weibo. The phone will feature a flagship Samsung M14 OLED panel, officially called “Samsung Sky Display.” The display will offer up to 1,000 nits of “peak manual brightness” and up to 6,500 nits of “local brightness.”
Putting it simply, the M14 OLED panel is an upgrade over the M13, which promises improved brightness and better power efficiency. Do note that the upgraded display panel also supports an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. Under the hood, the Realme Neo8 could use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC. That’s the same chipset Qualcomm unveiled in November 2025.
Speaking of leaked camera specs, the Realme Neo8 features a triple camera setup on the back, with a 50MP primary camera with OIS support. Additionally, you’ll have the 50MP periscope telephoto camera, with 3.5x optical zoom, and an 8MP ultrawide camera. On the front, the Neo8 features a 16MP selfie camera. Speaking of software, the Realme Neo8 will run Android 16-based Realme UI 7 out of the box.
Reports citing a Geekbench listing from last week have also pointed to up to 24GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. The leaked TENAA listing now suggests that the Realme Neo8 will come in three different variants. Apart from the one mentioned earlier, there are three other variants. The base variant will come with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Whereas the two other models will ship with 12GB/256GB and 16GB/512GB configurations.
Leak points at a massive 8,000mAh battery with 80W wired fast charging support
As with most China-origin smartphones these days, the Realme Neo8 will also pack a massive battery of 8,000mAh capacity. It’ll also come with 80W wired charging support. The leaked details hint that the Neo8 will measure 162 x 77.07 x 8.3mm and weigh 215 grams. Moreover, the device will come with IP68/69 ingress protection. All that said, let’s not forget that Realme will return as an OPPO sub-brand under new internal restructuring move.
