KBS has expanded its capital-raising team with the addition of 20-year real estate investment industry veteran Sondra Wenger as head of the Institutional Capital Markets Team. In her new role, Wenger will lead KBS’ institutional capital-raising strategy across separate accounts, co-investments, and funds, with a focus on designing tailored structures that meet investor demand for flexibility and speed.

“Bringing Sondra on board to lead our Institutional Capital Markets Team reinforces our commitment to building deep, strategic capital relationships,” said Marc DeLuca, CEO and regional president, Eastern U.S., for KBS. “With over two decades of experience and leading investment teams, Sondra brings unmatched expertise in both debt and equity.”
Wenger has led investment teams responsible for more than $17 billion in closed real estate transactions in 50-plus U.S. markets. She has helped raise $2.8 billion in committed capital, led over $9 billion in joint ventures, and participated in six fund formations.
