Rockefeller Group and Falcon Commercial Development have entered into a joint venture agreement to develop a 557,339-square-foot logistics park in Baytown, Texas, within the Houston MSA. East Bay Trade Center is located at 19454 Needlepoint Road in Baytown and will include a 307,595-square-foot building and a smaller 249,744-square-foot building. Falcon Development originally purchased the 38.96-acre parcel and secured entitlements prior to Rockefeller Group’s involvement.
Baytown is one of the largest industrial sectors in the U.S. and home to some of the top crude oil and natural gas exporters. The project provides direct access to the Port of Houston.
Munson & Associates designed the East Bay Trade Center, and FCL Builders is the general contractor. Robert McGee, Taylor Schmidt and Austin Bartula of the Colliers Houston team will oversee the project’s marketing and leasing.
East Bay Trade Center is expected to be completed in the 4th Quarter of 2025.
