The MA Curatorial Practice program (MACP) at the School of the Visual Arts (SVA) is dedicated to training in every aspect of professional curating. History, theory, hands-on exhibition-making, and networking are at the core of our two-year master’s degree. Working with world-renowned curators and experts, students are prepared to enter the professional field.
Our first information session about the program takes place online on September 18 at 10am (EDT). Later sessions will be held on October 16, November 13, and December 11. Apply now for Fall 2026 admission.
MACP is pleased to announce our special events for fall/winter 2025–2026. Hosted by Steven Henry Madoff, Founding Chair of MACP, the Curatorial Roundtable is an international forum for curators and institutional leaders to discuss important projects.
