JLL has leased 8,361 square feet at River Commons, bringing the retail portion of the mixed-use development at 764 New Bridge Rd., in Teaneck, NJ to full occupancy. Developed by The Kamson Corporation in 2021, River Commons is a three-story, mixed-use property featuring 19 townhome-style apartments above 10,931 square feet of street-level retail.
Earlier this year, managing director David Townes and VP Alana Friedman of JLL’s New Jersey Retail team leased 1,474 square feet to California-based Déjà vu Bakery & Café. The pair has now leased the remainder of the retail space to a rapidly growing youth soccer development franchise, Kids United, and Top Notch Performance Club.
Kids United will occupy 3,452 square feet at 764 New Bridge Rd. when it opens this fall. Rob Mackowski of Pierson Commercial represented the tenant. Coldwell Banker’s Miriam Yu represented Top Notch Performance Club in its new lease for 3,341 square feet.
