JLL has completed a full-building lease in Northwest Indiana. Executive Vice President Bob Horn represented the landlord, Great Lakes Capital, in leasing the 294,400-square-foot Class A distribution facility at 5911 Dylan Dr. in South Bend.
Completed in 2024, the building is now fully leased to a third-party logistics provider servicing Amazon’s regional distribution network. Building specs include 32-foot clear heights, 20 dock doors, 4 drive-in bays, ESFR sprinklers, and a 29.69-acre site designed for trailer storage and expansion.
The property is located within the South Bend Distribution Center, a 450-acre park that is currently home to Hubbell/Raco, Global Parts Network, FedEx, Freight & Ground, Chase Plastics, AM General, Thyssenkrupp, Amazon, CTDI, Logan Resource Center and Comstar. The building is situated in a prime distribution location, with easy access to the Indiana Toll Road and just five miles from South Bend International Airport.
