Jewish Education in Media Inc., d.b.a Jewish Broadcasting Service (JBS), a nonprofit American Jewish multimedia organization, has signed a new five-year lease extension for its 4,385 square feet of office and broadcast studio space on the fourth floor of 1560 Broadway in Times Square.
Alan Steinberg of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, 1560 Broadway Company LLC, in the transaction. Noam Benamy of Noah & Co. represented the tenant, Jewish Broadcasting Service. The organization will continue to use the space for its general offices and as a broadcast and production studio. JBS first moved into the building in 2019.
“JBS is not just a tenant at 1560 Broadway; they are a valued part of our community here,” said Steinberg. “We deeply appreciate their long-term commitment to this building and the important work they do. We are excited to have them continue their mission at 1560 Broadway through this new long-term lease extension.”
