Regency Centers plans to develop a sprawling retail center on Jacksonville’s southside. The Jacksonville Business Journal reports that the shopping center is part of the Seven Pines master-planned community. The Village at Seven Pines had plans approved and will develop what documents describe as a “242,978-square-foot village center.”
Located at 11870 Stillwood Pines Blvd., the retail development will consist of at least eight buildings with ample surrounding parking, according to approved plans prepared by Jacksonville-based England-Thims & Miller.
The space will feature a grocery store to anchor the center, alongside a mix of retailers, personal services and dining options.
The Seven Pines community will also include a medical campus and office building.
