Is immigration reform now possible?

President Trump has closed the border, making comprehensive immigration reform legislation possible, but it needs to be bipartisan and include a path to citizenship for Dreamers, a functioning immigrant-worker program, and restrictions on welfare benefits and easy citizenship.
