The iPhone 17 Pro will continue to exist, though. The Cupertino tech giant may introduce new TechWoven cases, and the recently leaked images gave us an early look at their not-so-luxurious design and colors. Now, the images of the rumoured iPhone 17 Crossbody Strap have leaked, offering a glimpse of the design.
iPhone 17 Crossbody Strap could integrate with new cases
The leak originates from the reliable source, Majin Bu, who has been posting about the alleged iPhone 17 case boxes. Notably, these images aren’t official; instead, they are made by an artist based on the information given by Majin Bu. The strap could integrate with new iPhone 17 cases, which may have a set of holes for it to run through.
The Crossbody Strap will apparently use woven nylon material, possibly similar to Apple’s Sports Loop Bands. However, Majin says Apple may also introduce a silicone version of the strap, which could offer a softer touch and greater flexibility. These straps could offer a functional way to carry the device. The idea is similar to what we’ve seen with the AirPods Pro 2 case.

The iPhone 17 Crossbody strap may have a flexible metal core, which makes it fully magnetic across its entire length. There are rings polarized oppositely at the ends of the strap. This creates a magnetic attraction and closes it with “enhanced strength.” This system will apparently allow for easy attachment and detachment. This mechanism also eliminates the need for traditional hooks or loops. It’s not a bad idea to expect the strap colors to match the iPhone 17 cases.
Reportedly, the production of the Crossbody strap has already begun, probably to make the accessory available immediately at launch. Lastly, the Crossbody Strap could be compatible with the upcoming AirPods Pro 3 case, as per Majin Bu. However, he hasn’t shared any dimensions.
