
Innovo Property Group (IPG) announced the completion and immediate availability of The Borden Complex. Located at 23-30 Borden Ave. in Long Island City’s Borden Innovation District, the one-million square foot Class-A multi-tenant development includes multiple levels of urban industrial space and a purpose-built film and television studio.

Borden Studios includes four NC-25 sound-rated sound stages, ranging from 11,600 to 15,200 square feet. It’s operated by The MBS Group, reportedly the world’s largest studio operating and production services company.
