The Mayor’s Office of Housing, in partnership with TLee Development and CoEverything, announced the start of construction on the Harvard and Standish Homes. The new mixed-income development will create 22 income-restricted homeownership opportunities in Dorchester.
“The Harvard and Standish Homes development reflects our commitment to expanding homeownership opportunities across Boston,” said Chief of Housing Sheila Dillon. “Through strong partnerships, the City is helping families and individuals of different incomes purchase stable homes and contribute to their communities.”
The project includes two buildings on Harvard Street and Standish Street. The Harvard Street building is a three-story mixed-use building that will include 16 income-restricted condominiums and ground-floor retail space. The Standish Street building will create six additional income-restricted condo units.
