Pembroke announced that Impinj, a Seattle-based RAIN RFID platform company, has renewed and expanded its headquarters lease at 400 Fairview Ave in Seattle. The long-term deal increases Impinj’s footprint to nearly 77,000 square feet.
Impinj has been a tenant at 400 Fairview since 2015, occupying the building’s top three floors. This renewal and expansion reflect the company’s commitment to remaining in the heart of South Lake Union. Impinj was represented by CBRE’s Steve Schwartz and Sean Sussex. 400 Fairview is represented by JLL, including Jim Allison and Lisa Stewart.
400 Fairview is a 349,000 square-foot, LEED Gold mixed-use property featuring Fairview Market Hall, a dynamic retail hub that’s home to local favorites including Caffe Ladro, Verde, Pizza by Ruffin, Urban Optix, Mochinut, Bar Harbor, Mikan Bento, Bleuwiches and DD’s House. With this renewal and the recently announced Tommy Bahama lease renewal, 400 Fairview remains fully leased.
