Hyundai confirmed it is developing a midsize pickup for the American market. The new truck will arrive before 2030. We know it will be body-on-frame and ride on a platform developed in-house. We know Hyundai may build a potential SUV variant. Hyundai has not provided much detail beyond that – namely, what sort of powertrain this new truck will use. But a new U.S. patent granted to Hyundai and Kia may give a clue.
