Chicago-based HSA Commercial Real Estate has started construction on a 226,321-square-foot speculative industrial facility at Pabst Farms, the 1,500-acre master-planned community in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, approximately 35 miles west of Milwaukee.
Strategically located a mile southwest of the Interstate 94 and Highway 67 interchange, the Class A warehouse is slated for delivery in the fourth quarter of 2025 and is now available for lease. “The integration of industrial within a vibrant live-work-play community reflects a growing demand for warehouses in locations that are both transit served and amenity rich,” said Robert Smietana, president and CEO of HSA Commercial Real Estate.
According to Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke, which is leasing the property, industrial vacancy in Waukesha County was just 1.1% in the first quarter, making it one of the tightest submarkets in southeast Wisconsin. Cornerstone Architects, a Nelson company, is the project architect, with Pinnacle Engineering as the civil engineer and Riley Construction as the general contractor.
