The forthcoming 2026 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1X is a monster. There’s no other word for it. The ZR1X bangs out 1,250 horsepower with electrified all-wheel drive, it’s branded “the most advanced Corvette ever,” and it’s estimated to hit 60 mph in under two seconds. We’re not just hyping this thing up when we say that it feels like a significant step forward for American automotive engineering. We’re not sure where you even go from here without inventing the warp drive from Star Trek.
