Holualoa and Plaza Companies have completed a significant transformation at WaterView, a Class A commercial office complex in Phoenix’s Camelback Corridor.
WaterView is on 11 acres and sits on the former site of the Town & Country Golf Course. Holualoa Companies purchased the property three and a half years ago for $43.5 million and has since partnered with Plaza Companies to oversee property management and spearhead the renovation project.
Plaza Companies recently assisted in completing the comprehensive renovation of the two-building, 209,000-square-foot property. The upgrades were expected to cost $10 million.
The renovation work included constructing eight office suites, updating tenant lounges and bathrooms, and touching up the exterior and interior finishes.
Holualoa Companies and Plaza Companies have collaborated on several projects in the greater Phoenix area, most notably the revitalization of Park Central in midtown Phoenix and the development of SkySong, the ASU Scottsdale Innovation Center.
