The Camelback Collective office building is back on the market. In 2022, Humphreys Capital paid Holualoa and LaPour Partners $66.3 million for the 115,838-square-foot office.
The Phoenix Business Journal reports that the four-story office building at 2801 E. Camelback Road was built in 2018 and cost about $80 million to develop. It is about 89% occupied. JLL’s Benjamin Geelan and Will Mast are the brokers with the listing.
Nearby, 24th at Camelback II sold for $97.6 million — all-cash last fall. Solar Farms acquired the 11-story, 306,877-square-foot office building in October, marking the highest price tag in the Phoenix metro area since the Common Collective sale in 2022.
A month later, down the road from the 24th at Camelback buildings, an entity traced to current Los Angeles Angeles owner Arte Moreno acquired Camelback Lakes. He purchased the four-building, 230,222-square-foot office building for $60 million.
