Then someone comes up with a quip that the new Hyundai Ioniq 5 N is also a rather nifty hot hatch. And then you just have to step in, because the world’s motoring standards must be upheld. The Ioniq 5 N is merely the latest car to erroneously be called a hot hatch, though, and we’ve compiled a list of 10 performance cars that are hatchback-like in appearance, but don’t deserve the hot hatch classification for some reason or another.
