Hiffman National, the property management and advisory services division of real estate services firm NAI Hiffman, has been selected by Fritz Duda Company to manage 212 W. Kinzie St., a six-story, 24,625-square-foot office property located in Chicago’s River North submarket.
Hiffman National will lead day-to-day management operations for the building, which is located steps from the Merchandise Mart and Chicago River. Alexandria Borrego, associate director – management services, will lead the on-site management team at 212 W. Kinzie.
