Helm Equities is building a residential, office and retail project in the Miami Design District. The project would total 829,701 square feet, with 278 residential units, 101,433 square feet of office, and 56,409 square feet of retail.
The Helm Design District will feature 40% workforce housing, which will have separate amenities and be located on the lower floors, with market-rate housing on the upper floors.
The workforce apartments would have a pool deck and amenities on the ninth floor. These workforce units would range from 404 to 1,140 square feet.
Ranging from 1,327 to 3,296 square feet, the market-rate units would have amenities on the 18th floor and a pool deck on the top floor.
While the residential building would be 36 stories tall, the office building would rise eight stories, plus it would have some event space and a terrace on the roof.
Miami-based Cube3 designed the project.
