
Equus Capital Parnters has sold the Reserve at Bridford apartment in Greensboro for $41.5 million. Hawthorne Residential Partners was the buyer. The Triad Business Journal reports Hawthorne is the second largest apartment management company in the Triad, with 6,744 units across 32 properties in the region.
Bridford is made up of 19 two-story garden-style buildings across a 22-acre site located at 1402 Bridford Parkway in southwest Greensboro, at the edge of Jamestown. The property is just off the Wendover Avenue exit from Interstate 73.
The community’s amenities include a pool with a sundeck, 24-hour fitness center, a resident lounge with complimentary Wi-Fi, an outdoor kitchen with a gas grilling station, picnic areas, a playground, a tennis court with pickleball lines and perimeter track. Residents also have access to a dog park, care car center, package lockers, garages and storage units.
