Hanover Company and its institutional partner Northwestern Mutual have completed Frederick Airport Park, a two-building light industrial development within the Washington, D.C. corridor.
The development sits on 37 acres located directly off I-70 in Frederick, Maryland and located adjacent to the Frederick Municipal Airport. Frederick Airport Park is well positioned roughly 40 miles from both Washington, D.C. and Baltimore with great regional connectivity via I-70, I-270 and I-81. Cushman & Wakefield is marketing the project to potential tenants.
Located at 1620 and 1640 Bowmans Farm Road in the City of Frederick, the project consists of two 36’ clear light industrial buildings totaling 509,365 square feet. Hanover selected MGMA as the architect, Harris Smariga as the civil engineer and Conewago as the general contractor on the project. “Frederick Airport Park represents exactly the type of high-quality industrial product we are focused on delivering,” said David Hudson, President of Hanover Industrial.
