
Hanover Company, along with its partner Mitsui Fudosan America, completed work on and opened Hanover Buffalo Bayou, a 40-story high-rise apartment complex at the 14-acre mixed-use development Autry Park. It consists of 317 luxury units with an average square footage of 1,276 and nearly 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Autry Park already boasts two additional Hanover multi-family properties – Hanover Autry Park, a 24-story, 324-unit complex and Hanover Parkview, an eight-story, 422-unit residential community.
Amenities include a pool, a firepit area, barbecue stations for outdoor grilling, and cabana seating; a clubhouse with a demonstration kitchen, a fitness center, a cinema with stadium seating, gaming activities, and televisions; a lobby lounge area; and a business center.
Hanover recently revealed plans to build the first office building at Autry Park, Autry Park One. The building will consist of nearly 117,000 square feet of office space and an additional 10,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
