Kadima Developers announced that its newest development, Seven Park, has secured city approvals and entitlements. The $70 million, mixed-use project is located at 218-220 SE Seventh Street, ideally between Hallandale Beach and Aventura.
Seven Park will feature 121 residences and four new ground-floor retail spaces totaling 4,500 square feet. The eight-story, 200,000-square-foot development will be located on 1.1 acres. Kadima paid $5.3 million for the site in 2024.
It is directly across from Peter Bluesten Park, a 16-acre park offering an artificial turf soccer field, three baseball fields, a stage, playground, and tennis, basketball and racquetball courts.
Residences range from studios to three-bedroom units, spanning 500 to 1,645 square feet. Prices start at $375,000 per unit.
The project will also feature amenities, including a pool with two hot tubs, private cabanas and barbecue stations, a resident lounge and party room, and a wellness center with a steam shower, sauna and cold plunge.
SKLARchitecture is the project’s architect.Â
