Dansons, a barbecue grill maker, bought two warehouses totaling 124,000 square feet in a Deer Valley office park. The Phoenix Business Journal reports the company, which makes Louisiana Grills and Pit Boss Grills, purchased the flex industrial office buildings for $22.5 million.
The two single-story buildings are located at 950 and 960 W. Behrend Dr. inside the North Loop 101 Business Center.
CBRE’s Geoffrey Turbow, Anthony DeLorenzo and Ashley Brooks represented Regent Properties in the sale.
Four years ago, the firm acquired its current 200,000-square-foot headquarters in north Scottsdale’s Gainey Ranch. The firm paid $39 million for the two-story office building that Nationwide Realty previously occupied.
