
Greenstone Partners sold 1343 North Western and 1045 North California, two newer construction, turnkey multifamily investment properties located in Chicago’s Wicker Park and Smith Park neighborhoods, for $3.55 million, equating to just under $444,000 per unit.
Senior Director Jordan Multack and Director Jacob Goldstein from Greenstone Partners represented the seller, a Chicago-based private investor. The properties were quickly put under contract by a private investor who was interested in turnkey assets with the ability to increase value through raising rents and capitalizing on the asset’s top tier locations.
The buyer was also drawn to the properties due to the spacious layouts, rooftop decks, ample on-site parking, and proximity to the Wicker Park and Smith Park neighborhood corridors.
