Grammarly, an AI assistant for communication and productivity, has signed a full-floor lease for 23,038 square feet at BXP’s redeveloped 360 Park Ave. South. Grammarly’s new space at the 450,000-square-foot office property, pre-built by BXP and designed for flexibility and collaboration, will serve as the hub for its New York-based team members.
“Grammarly’s decision to relocate to 360 Park Avenue South reflects the continued demand for well-located, thoughtfully designed office space,” said Hilary Spann, EVP, New York Region at BXP. “The building offers a strong mix of modern amenities—including collaborative lounges and a rooftop terrace—along with convenient access to public transit, making it a great fit for today’s workforce in one of Manhattan’s most dynamic neighborhoods.”
The tenant was represented by Justin Haber and Kyle Riker from JLL. BXP was represented by Peter Turchin, Gregg Rothkin, Ross Zimbalist, Arkady Smolyansky, Hayden Pascal and Trevor Larkin from CBRE.
