Google relaunched the Androidify app today, bringing back a beloved tool for generating social media avatars. The original app was popular for a time but was eventually retired as the classic bugdroid design grew dated. After Google’s new 3D ‘Bot’ design breathed new life into the Android mascot, fans wondered when they could create the same custom designs used by some Googlers. Before I show you my custom Bot, I recommend reading my other article covering the launch of Androidify. Since it already explains how to use the app and how it works under the hood, I’m not going to rehash those details here. Instead, I’ll just show you what the app is capable of.
