Google has just announced that it has started testing AI-powered Google Finance page. What exactly does that mean? Well, the company did not go into deep explanations, but it did do it via several short bulletpoints.
New AI-powered Google Finance page is now in testing
The company said that you can now research your finance questions with AI. That goes for detailed questions, by the way, and you can expect a comprehensive AI response. Also, rather than looking up individual stock details, you can ask your complex research questions in one go, and Google will provide you with analysis and insights.
Google will also allow you to access advanced charting tools. These charging tools will help you “financial data beyond simple asset performance”, says the company. You’ll be able to view technical indicators, like moving average envelopes, or adjust the display to see candlestick charts. This is just an example.
Furthermore, you’ll also be provided with real-time data and news. You’re able to explore more kinds of market data than ever before, says Google. That includes commodities and additional cryptocurrencies.
Google will provide you with up-to-the minute headlines and latest market intel
Thanks to the new live news feed that Google offers, you are able to see up-to-the minute headlines and track the latest market intel, if that’s something that you need.
You’re probably wondering where can you get all that info. Well, over the coming weeks in the US, you’ll begin to see this new experience on google.com/finance. You’ll also be able to toggle between the new and classic design, as you please.
The new design may be available to some of you already, if not, be patient, it’s coming, at least to the US. Other markets will have to wait to get the feature, it would seem. Google also shared an image as an example, and you can see it below.
