Goodman Group has completed the structural topping out of its Goodman LAX01 Vernon data center at 3094 E. Vernon Ave. in Vernon. The 263,409-square-foot facility is located just four miles from downtown Los Angeles and One Wilshire, one of the world’s most connected carrier hotels.
LAX01 will deliver up to 32 MW of critical IT power (49.5 MW gross IT), across three stories of purpose-built data hall space. The total power capacity is currently available and powered by Vernon Public Utilities.
“At LAX01 Goodman has drawn on its planning capabilities, strategic sites and proven expertise to deliver complex infrastructure,” said Anthony Rozic, CEO of Goodman North America. “With the right land, power, people and partners, we create reliable, scalable solutions in some of the world’s most important digital hubs.”
Working with construction partner Whiting Turner, Goodman began construction in March 2025. The facility is expected to be power shell-ready by mid-2026.
