Colliers completed an 80,031-square-foot lease deal at 7820 Paseo De La Fuente, also known as OBX, in San Diego’s Otay Mesa market. Representing tenant Good Farms, the Colliers team of EVPs Chris Holder and Mark Lewkowitz and associate VP Will Holder brokered the deal. Landlords Kearny Real Estate Company and Morgan Stanley were represented by JLL.
Good Farms is a San Diego-based produce and agricultural company that distributes products throughout North America. Its sustainable farms are in California, Baja California, and mainland Mexico. The new building features a 36-foot clear height and extra trailer parking.
“Despite an uncertain economy and the threat of large tariffs with Mexico, demand in the Otay Mesa market remains robust with over 700,000 square feet of new leases being signed in the last six months,” said Chris Holder. For example, Colliers also brokered a 119,044-square-foot lease at Badiee Development’s Sanyo Logistics Center with the JD Group in February.
