A Goldman Sachs-affiliated REITÂ purchased an apartment building at 92 West Paces Ferry Road last month for $90.8 million. With 210 units, the transaction comes out to $432,000 a unit. Mesirow was the seller.
The nine-story building is within walking distance to Buckhead Village and is within the Buckhead Plaza development. It offers a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments.
The Atlanta Business Chronicle reports the 2.4-acre property is next to St. Regis Atlanta and Kolter Urban’s future 20-story condominium tower at 102 West Paces Ferry Road. Cousins Properties owns One Buckhead Plaza and Two Buckhead Plaza nearby, along with the stand-alone building that houses Chops Lobster Bar.
92 West Paces was built in 2012 by Preserve Properties. Renova One recently renovated the property.
The building last sold for $71.5 million in 2020.
