An automotive relationship that goes back 55 years is about to come to an end. Allison and General Motors are parting ways completely at the end of 2025. A new report says that GM dealers have been told that any Silverado HD or Sierra trucks with an Allison badge or logo has to be removed from showrooms and ads by the end of June 2026. That includes rebadging any unsold pickups still on dealer lots on June 29.
