
Developer 280 E Palmetto Park Road’s Glass House Boca Raton, secured $70 million in construction financing from Maxim Capital. Spearheaded by Noam Ziv, the nine-story condo project remains on track for its late-2027 completion. Ziv and company say it’s the first modern glass building in downtown Boca Raton.
Arrow Real Estate Advisors’ Morris Betesh, Morris Dabbah, and Louis Halperin, helped to secure the loan.
The 28-residence luxury development features rooms ranging from 2,504 to 3,865 square feet. Glass House features 10th-level rooftop amenities with ocean, Intracoastal, and golf course views. The rooftop deck features a pool, jacuzzi, private cabanas, an outdoor catering kitchen, a BBQ, and a lounge with a fire pit.
Additional amenities include a fitness center with a recovery and stretching room, sauna, steam room, and experience shower.
Architecture firm garciastromberg leads the design efforts, and Kaufman Lynn Construction is the general contractor for the project.
