
Citadel Partners completed the sale of three buildings at Allen Exchange in the newly completed three-building, 71,920-square-foot flex development. Located at the northeast corner of Exchange Parkway and U.S. Highway 75 in Allen, the project features space designed for office, medical and showroom users. Gillett Commercial developed the project.
Citadel Partners Katherine Pool and Mac Morse led the leasing and sales efforts for the project.
The largest building is 50,864 square feet and was acquired by Texas Star Pharmacy. Jason Claunch with Catalyst Commercial represented the buyer.
The second building, the 220 Exchange, is over 10,600 square feet and was purchased by Well Go USA Entertainment, a global distributor of action and independent films. Dave Peterson with NAI Robert Lynn represented the buyer.Â
The third building sold, 240 Exchange, totals over 10,500 square feet. Clearstone Dental is leasing part of the building, and Citadel Partners has been hired to lease out the remaining 7,500 square feet.Â
