He’s made a living making-over dated office complexes in the Phoenix area. And now George Oliver is adding luxury vehicle storage facilities to his portfolio. The industrial arm of George Oliver Cos. is proposing the firm’s first-ever luxury vehicle storage project.
GO Industrial’s Arcadia Motor Club will be located at 5301 E. Thomas Road in Phoenix. Upon full buildout, the 32,700-square-foot Arcadia Motor Club will feature 26 customizable garages and a two-story communal clubhouse for all owners. The Phoenix Business Journal reports each vehicle condo will be climate-controlled and have template options for customers to choose from if they opt against fully customizing the unit.
The clubhouse will feature a pool table, televisions and a conference room on the second story. All 26 units will surround a single driveway with access to East Thomas Road between 52nd and 54th streets.
Aside from the Arcadia Motor Club, other projects in GO Industrial’s portfolio include GO|99 North — a 1.1 million-square-foot industrial building in the West Valley.
