Genesis has made it clear that it’s serious about its Magma performance sub-brand, and it intends to offer a Magma version of model in its line. The first of those to be widely offered will be the electric GV60 Magma, and before that was a strange and extremely limited-run G80. Next up seems to be a Magma version of the GV70 small SUV. It also sounds like it has something no production Genesis has had since the 2022 G90: a V8.
