Gatsby Florida will begin work early next year on The Modern at Palm Beach Gardens, a 220,000-square-foot office tower.
The Modern, located in Palm Beach Gardens, is specifically engineered to cater to corporate tenants migrating from high-tax, high-cost environments. The company said in a release that with the exodus from New York, the project is designed for firms seeking a more favorable and stable business environment.
The ground floor will house a proposed 10,000-square-foot fine dining restaurant and a 4,000-square-foot casual dining concept, with an additional 7,000 square feet of quick-service and retail uses conveniently situated under the adjacent parking garage.
Building amenities include a large rooftop patio, complete with covered seating, a wet bar, a fitness center with full-service locker rooms and a media/conference center equipped with the most up-to-date data services.
